Job Title: SEO Executive
As an SEO Executive, you will play a key role in building and scaling Inevia’s organic search presence from the ground up. This role focuses on improving website rankings, driving qualified organic traffic, and increasing domain authority through strategic On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO initiatives.
You will work closely with content, marketing, and leadership teams to translate business objectives into measurable SEO strategies that deliver sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of independently managing SEO campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• SEO Strategy & Execution:
o Plan and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and keyword rankings.
o Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify content gaps.
o Develop SEO roadmaps aligned with marketing and business goals.
o Build and manage topical authority frameworks.
• On-Page & Content Optimization:
o Optimize website pages including meta titles, descriptions, headers, internal linking, and schema markup.
o Implement intent-based keyword optimization and entity SEO strategies.
o Optimize content for AI-powered search engines and AI Overviews.
o Ensuring content aligns with white-hat SEO best practices and Google algorithm guidelines.
• Off-Page SEO & Link Building:
o Execute backlink-building strategies including outreach campaigns and guest posting.
o Monitor and maintain backlink health and tracking systems.
o Improve domain authority through ethical link-building techniques.
• Technical SEO & Website Health:
o Conduct technical SEO audits to identify crawl errors, indexing issues, redirect problems, and Core Web Vitals concerns.
o Work closely with developers to resolve technical SEO issues.
o Improve website performance and search engine crawlability.
o Monitor algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Reporting & Performance Analysis:
o Track performance using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
o Build automated SEO reports and dashboards.
o Analyze ranking fluctuations, traffic drops, and algorithm impacts.
o Provide actionable insights based on data analysis.
• Collaboration and Communication:
o Work closely with content writers and developers for SEO implementation.
o Present SEO insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
o Maintain documentation of SEO processes and improvements.
Qualifications:
• Education and Experience:
o Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
o 1–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO / Digital Marketing.
o Proven experience in improving organic traffic and keyword rankings.
• Knowledge and Skills:
o Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
o Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Ubersuggest, etc.
o Experience using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
o Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
o Understanding of Google ranking algorithms and white-hat SEO practices.
o Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
o Knowledge of AI-driven search trends and how LLMs interpret content is a plus.
