Software Development
Design, develop, and implement web applications, web services, process automation, and other software solutions in collaboration with team members and business stakeholders
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, functional software within deadlines.
Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
Support the documentation of software functionalities and technical specifications
Code Quality
Adhere to coding standards and best practices.
Participate in peer code reviews to ensure the quality and maintainability of code.
Testing
Write unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and performance.
Assist in identifying, diagnosing, and fixing software issues.
Continuous Improvement
Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies.
Regularly update skills to improve software development practices.
Collaboration
Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
Support the documentation of software functionalities and technical specifications.
Maintenance
Proactive monitoring and support of internal applications.
Identifying and documenting recurring maintenance activities.
Required Qualifications
Must have 2+ years of experience.
Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Alternatively, vocational schooling with relevant coursework.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or JavaScript.
Working knowledge of database technologies such as Microsoft SQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, or similar.
Knowledge of the .NET technology stack.
Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, and VueJS. As well as fundamental understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and lifecycle.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
